Grounding: Day Eighteen

Wow. The sun was out today and the ground was warm and tingly. It made my grounding experience extremely positive and I could really sense the season is soon to change.

Despite the oncoming “beast from the East” I.e. Snow/Ice storm that is expected to hit the East of the Uk This week…I do feel warmer, sunnier days are not far away.

I’m so tired today. Bone tired. I couldn’t sleep very well last night as I had a million thoughts running around my mind and several of the songs from “The Greatest Showman” stuck in my head.

Couple that with a lot of energy needed to teach, play the piano and sing with the kids in my local church for two hours and I am EXHAUSTED.

I am very aware of the vibrations of my energy field today. I am not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing, but I did read somewhere about meditation and raising your vibrations to self-heal. Let me go and do some more thorough research on that and do another post.

In the meantime, I feel like this grounding habit is a good one. I found out that my Dad used to sit outside in the back garden and eat his breakfast enjoying the fresh air. I’m going to start doing that too, when it isn’t raining.

Final thoughts: Need to find a chair to sit on in the garden and I hope it’s not so cold that the milk in my cereal freezes.

Ps. Stop making excuses. Don’t put it off til tomorrow, and go out and ground yourself!

  1. I have a hilarious mental image of a bowl of frozen cornflakes 😂 I’m going outside to try grounding right now! Wish me luck
