Grounding: Day Twenty One

Grounding: Day Twenty One

Want to know how cold it was today when I stood outside to ground?

-3 degrees.

MINUS THREE PEOPLE!!

I have decided I’ve lost the plot. Who in their right mind, stands barefoot in the SNOW?

This gal.

Every Wednesday I am sad, missing my dad so much it causes me chest tightness and I feel like I’m suffocating. Grounding releases my trapped emotions that seem to get locked in my chest, I feel them flowing out and I am left feeling lighter.

So even though my feet were totally numb and were in a lot of pain once I got back inside and warmed up a little, I did feel emotionally a lot better.

Apparently tomorrow it’s going to be more snow and even colder. Such fun!
